Fitness entrepreneur and influencer Steph Claire Smith has sold her Brighton East home for an undisclosed amount. The property was listed for $7.35 million to $7.65 million and the sale was reportedly well in excess of the top of the price range
The Palm Springs-style home was purchased by Smith, and her husband Josh Miller, in 2022 for $7 million. Since then, the couple have lived in the Brighton East property with their three-year-old son Harvey.
The sale was managed by Whitefox sales director Lana Samuels and senior advisor and negotiator Michael Derham.
Derham confirmed the property was sold to a local Bayside buyer before the expression of interest ended.
Of the property, Derham remarked on the incredible feel of the home calling it "a really cool house".
"It's probably one of the best houses I've ever come across in Brighton East," said Derham. "It has an LA-style feel, a really good floor plan and entertaining zones, and a good flow between indoor and outdoor entertaining."
The mid-century-inspired home was designed by Pleysier Perkins and built by InForm. The facade is framed by palm trees, giving it a quintessential Bayside feel.
The property includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage with detailing station. Set over two levels, the stunningly designed interiors feature soft curves, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
The entertainer's kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances, a butler's pantry and showcases a seamless integration into the outdoor area and open-plan living and dining zone.

Over the years, the home has regularly been shown in the KIC co-founder's Instagram photos and videos, including her recent announcement that she and Miller are expecting a second child in 2025.
This is the second property from the Smith-Miller family to hit the market recently. Last month, Miller's family home in Bearii was listed for sale with a price guide of $8 million. The luxe Murray River was the site of the couple's glamorous 2019 wedding.
