Former St George Illawarra Dragons star and Origin representative Trent Merrin's Shellharbour home remains on the market.

The home went on the market in early February, and was later withdrawn from sale.

The four-bedroom Shellharbour home was previously listed via a different agent with a price guide of $2.3 million.

It was recently re-listed with a new agent, a buyer's guide of $1.8 million, and had been scheduled for auction.

The current selling agent, Jordan Andonovski from The Agency Illawarra previously said there had been a "price alignment", and strong interest in the home.

Speaking to the Mercury this week, Mr Andonovski was remaining tight-lipped regarding many of the details of any potential sale.

However, he said they had received offers on the property, "and we're currently negotiating", with interested buyers a mix of local and out-of-area groups.

The home, which spans three levels, sits on 359 square metres.

CoreLogic records show the 2010 premiership winning forward, who also played with Penrith during a successful NRL career, bought the home in November 2017 for $1.3 million.

He purchased the home after his break-up with surfer Sally Fitzgibbons.

On the lower level, there is space for six vehicles, or the option of continuing to use with its current setting of the ultimate home gym area with its own bathroom.

Meanwhile, buyers are reportedly still showing strong interest in the luxury Barrack Point home of newly installed Parramatta Eels head coach Trent Barrett.

The Mercury revealed last year that former Dragon Barrett had listed the home for sale, with expectations that it could attract a record-breaking price.

Since that time, the home has been listed with a price guide of $7.5 million-plus.

Speaking to the Mercury this week, selling agent, Amanda Bonnici of Ray White Shellharbour City said they were still negotiating with buyers.

Also, former Dragons fan favourite and media personality Mark Riddell's Shellharbour home remains on the market.

The four-bedroom home has been extensively renovated, and sits on a 666 square metre block.
