Anders Simon

Throughout his entire career, Anders has been focused on achieving the very best results in sales and customer service for every client. His determined attitude, engaging personality and natural people skills combine to bring about exceptional outcomes and a most reassuring and enjoyable experience for vendors and purchasers alike. After completing a degree in construction management – which, to this day, provides him with a specialist insight into design, architecture and building techniques – Anders honed his sales and negotiation skills in the real estate industry before setting up a boutique real estate agency with fellow RT Edgar colleague Rowan Bustin. From his years growing up and living in Caulfield, Anders has developed a deep, personal connection to the district, and a rigorous understanding of the unique work and lifestyle benefits that can be enjoyed by residents from all walks of life. Drawing on his innate business acumen, his love of negotiation, his outgoing nature and his passion for helping vendors realise the financial potential of their homes, Anders forged a distinguished name for himself across southeastern Melbourne for his integrity, professionalism and vigour. This energy translates into other areas of his life including his love of travel, shopping, family time and Anders’ avid support for his beloved Carlton Football Club.
