To make your offer valid, there are some mandatory pieces of information required before you can send your offer to the agent. The mandatory information is a license or passport identification number, price and settlement period. Note: you do not have to fill in all the information straight away. If the property is still on the market, you can return to complete the form.

What if I need to make changes to my offer, after I've submitted it?

On your confirmation email, you will see a 'view/update your offer' button at the bottom of the email. Please click on this and update your offer details. Updating an offer is easy because all your information is saved; there is no need to fill it out again.

How do I withdraw my offer?
