Brett's trailblazing work in the Throsby Precinct suburbs since the closure of the BHP has seen him make hundreds of sales in the Carrington, Maryville, Tighes Hill, Islington & Wickham areas since that time, he and regularly appears in the various real estate media as holding strong market share in the area, particularly "on the island" at Carrington.
