Karen Chappell

Karen’s passion for real estate ignited from her own property renovations. Establishing her career on 2010 in residential sales in Wynnum/ Manly in
Brisbane’s bayside with a major Australian franchise agency, she expanded her sales career and relocated to the inner eastern suburbs of Bulimba & Balmoral in 2015. A diverse career including residential sales to business development at Community Housing Limited and new residential developments, a long term resident and an eastern suburbs real estate specialist. Karen’s consistent success is attributable to her authenticity and determination to go above and beyond for her clients, always striving to
deliver excellent results again and again.
What makes Karen unique is her ability to listen, add value and service to
her clients with such honesty, focus and care, demonstrating a work ethic built around transparency which has helped cement her position as one of the most successful agents in her areas. Her ‘people first’ approach is a breath of fresh air along with her tremendous wealth of experience and conviction. Outside of property sales, and as a long-time local resident, Karen is a proud Young Care Charity Supporter and is involved in Chaplains fundraisers for Bulimba SS and Coorparoo SC. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Noosa and The Hinterland Regions with her family, Yoga and Bush Walking in S.E.Q. and her favourite holiday location is New York.
