Syd Sherrin

Sales Manager, Syd Sherrin comes from the famous Sherrin football family, with affiliations at the Collingwood Football Club. Commencing with W. B. Simpson & Son in 1989, he quickly achieved a following from both vendors and purchasers for the superior level of service he renders. Nothing is too much trouble for Syd and he will assist vendors in preparing their properties for the sale meticulously, attending to even the smallest detail. Similarly he has been able to assist with specialist financial consultants who help with that difficult sale.

Syd\'s devotion to service has endeared him to many vendors and buyers and assisted him in achieveing consistently higher prices for his clients.

Syd\'s dedication, hard work and cheery disposition coupled with an ability to listen to his clients\' needs, to provide sound professional advice and extraordinary negotiation skills are the hallmarks to Syd\'s success. When he is not selling real estate (which he does most of the time) he is devoted to his wife and three beautiful daughters, and for relaxing he enjoys sailing on the bay from Williamstown or hand making the odd football in his garden shed.
