Australian surfing champion and Olympic silver medallist Jack Robinson has put his Margaret River home on the market, offering buyers a rare opportunity to own a slice of the region's coastal history.

The four-bedroom clifftop sanctuary, located at 53 Baudin Drive in the exclusive Gnarabup enclave, is expected to fetch in the mid $3 million range.

For Mr Robinson, the home served as a high-performance base where he prepared for the world stage, offering front-row views of the legendary Main Break, The Box and The Bombie.

"We purchased the property several years ago as a base that felt aligned with the lifestyle I live and love," Mr Robinson said. "It's a place where I've been able to train, prepare for major events and properly unwind with family.

"There are a lot of special memories here - early mornings before heading out to surf, downtime between tour legs and celebrating wins with friends and family."

Mr Robinson said he was intentional about maintaining the home's character. The two-storey main residence is built around light, timber and glass, with floor-to-ceiling windows that draw the Indian Ocean into every room.

"What makes this property stand out to me is that it doesn't feel like every other new build," he said. "So many homes today can look the same ... very predictable. It has soul, not just square metreage."

The property also reflects the modern athlete's focus on recovery, with a recently added dedicated yoga and wellness studio designed to capture the peaceful energy of the coast.

"It can just as easily be used as an art studio, creative workspace or training zone. It's a really special part of the home and captures the natural light and views in a way that feels inspiring and calm," Mr Robinson said.

The estate also features a fully self-contained two-bedroom granny flat which, Mr Robinson said, "gives the property a real sense of scale and versatility that's quite rare."

Marketing agent Sarah Twine, from Ray White Stocker Preston, said the listing represents a unique opportunity in one of Western Australia's most coveted coastal pockets, Margaret River.

"It's ideal for someone who appreciates quality design and wants something that feels unique rather than replicated," Mr Robinson said.
