Bec Marciano

Bec brings a wealth of life experience, determination and genuine care for her clients. After a successful career in the British Royal Navy, she found her passion in real estate, where she has built a reputation for helping families, first home buyers and investors achieve their property goals across Mildura and the surrounding region. Throughout her career, Bec has never been afraid to embrace new challenges or back herself. That entrepreneurial spirit is something we genuinely admire.
When the opportunity arose to join Barry Plant Mildura, it wasn't simply about changing offices, it was about becoming part of something bigger.
Bec was looking for a business with outstanding training, innovative systems, genuine support and, most importantly, a team culture where people work together to help each other succeed.
