Janice Gribben is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and a highly respected industry leader – though she prefers to think of herself as a matchmaker, connecting homes with their perfect new owners. She has proudly been awarded Rate My Agent – Agent of the Year for Rothwell for nine consecutive years (2017–2025). This achievement places her in the elite top 5% of agents nationwide – or, as Janice jokes, “the top 5% of people who live and breathe real estate 24/7 and still manage to smile about it.”
With more than 22 years of selling homes across the Redcliffe Peninsula, Janice has mastered the art of juggling open homes, negotiations, and the occasional frantic phone call — all while keeping her clients calm and the results exceptional. She’s known not just for her professionalism, but also for her uncanny ability to make the selling process feel far less stressful than it has any right to be.
