MAKING MOVES: Jennifer Hawkins has bought a $6 million property in Terrigal on the Central Coast.

Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall have paid $6 million for a lush acreage property in the Central Coast.

The seven-bedroom, 3.26 hectare Terrigal property, which overlooks Avoca Lake, sold off-market as one of the suburb's biggest-ever transactions.

The sale is understood to have been overseen by McGrath Terrigal's Mat Steinweide, who could not be contacted.

Born in the Lake Macquarie region, Hawkins attended West Wallsend High and was a cheerleader for the Newcastle Knights before winning Miss Universe in 2004.
