A Berry entertainer that offers a nod to golfing enthusiasts has changed hands.
The property, located at 52 Ashworth Place, Berry was sold for $4.075 million.
The four-bedroom home sits on 2.27 hectares and is located three kilometres from Seven Mile Beach.

The home features an oversized cedar pivot door, as well as high ceilings and Blackbutt timber floors.
Other features include a putting green [albeit coloured blue in this instance].
"Overlooking a marble-clad pool with glass fencing, this space is enhanced by a remote-controlled retractable awning and the warmth of hardwood decking," the property's marketing states.
The property also features a freestanding nine-by-seven metre garage, exposed aggregate concrete driveway, a 6.6kW solar system, 120,000-litre water tank, and three-phase power.
Cotality records indicate it was previously sold in 2002.
The selling agent, Glenn Brandon from Ray White Shoalhaven Central Group said the home was sold to a buyer from the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, with the "position between Berry and the beach" a key part of the appeal.
Mr Brandon said the paddocks at the back and the little dam on-site had hobby farm potential.
"The house was sold by the original owner; it was built by a local builder who had raised his family there," he said.
"It's a beautiful home and quality right throughout.
"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and they plan to use it for many years to come.
"It was a much-loved family home that had been updated before coming to market... And it has uninterrupted views to the north, on a great block that's positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac.
"There was a putting green there, and a little spot where you could chip golf balls from about 100 metres away."
Meanwhile, a Kiama property has also changed hands for more than $3 million.
The home, located at 1 Elouera Place, Kiama fetched $3.8 million.
The property contains five bedrooms, including a separate studio with a kitchenette and bathroom, and a tiny home with two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.
Other features include modern outdoor decks set amongst private gardens where you can enjoy the fire-pit, outdoor lounges, outdoor bath and a unique shower entwined at the base of the old fig tree.
The selling agent, Helena Crumpton from Stone Real Estate Illawarra said the home was sold to a Sydney buyer.
