A luxury property with space for 15 cars has hit the market on one of the largest residential landholdings in Marks Point.
Set on 2368 square metres, the multidwelling property at 27b Marks Point Road includes a five-bedroom house completed four years ago, a renovated three-bedroom house and a large shed.
It is listed with Lance Jensen of Lance Jensen and Associates Real Estate.
A price guide is yet to be determined.
"It is exquisite, and a beautifully built home," Mr Jensen said.
"Everything is high-end and it's on over 2300 square metres with two homes on the block, a granny flat, plus incredible garaging.
"It could suit multi-generational living or someone who wants a beautiful home and to run their business out of the garage.
"You could rent out the original three-bedroom house or subdivide it and sell it, so there are quite a few different applications to it, which is why it is so difficult to price at this stage."
The owner, a builder by trade, enlisted award-winning Newcastle firm EJE Architecture to design the main house.

The extensive floor plan comprises five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an internal granny flat and multiple living areas.
The centrepiece is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which includes a full butler's pantry, Caesarstone benchtops and premium appliances.
Large glass doors open to an expansive covered entertaining area with hardwood timber ceilings and an outdoor kitchen with a bar fridge, a sink, a barbecue and a rangehood.
The outdoor area overlooks an in-ground heated magnesium pool and landscaped gardens.
Inside, the main bedroom has an oversized walk-in robe and ensuite with a freestanding stone bathtub and double shower.
There is also a study, a games room and a soundproof home theatre room with acoustic panelling.
Mr Jensen said the property's 18 x 18 metre garage is ideal for car enthusiasts or business owners looking to work from home.
"It is next level," he said.
"For a property like this and what it offers, there is an opportunity for car enthusiasts because it has 15 car spaces under cover.
"It could suit someone running a home business or an external business as well because it has a separate driveway to access the garaging which is disconnected from the house."
At the front of the block is the original three-bedroom, one-bathroom house which is fully renovated.
