Sitting on 733 square metres, the four-level home was completed little more than a year ago.
Cotality records indicate it was listed for sale in September 2025.
Selling agent, Craig Higbid from South Coast Prestige Properties Kiama said the home had been snapped up by a Southern Highlands buyer who planned to utilise it as a weekender, and perhaps for "some holiday management".
Mr Higbid said it was a "quality home" that overlooked the desirable Loves Bay.
"Waterfront properties in that price-point tend to take a little longer to sell," he said.

"The buyers liked the ocean and rural vista... They like doing the Kiama-Gerringong walk as well, so [access to] that also intrigued them."
The home is situated on land held within the same family for more than six decades.
The interiors feature spotted gum hardwood flooring. Accommodation includes four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with the master suite offering panoramic views.
The residence is wired ready for installation of solar and comes with reverse-cycle climate control as well as rainwater storage tanks.
The street made headlines in 2024 when the sale of a property resulted in the seller scoring a $750,000 gross profit after just a few years of ownership.
The property, located at 42 Elanora Road, Kiama Heights changed hands for $4 million.
The five-bedroom home sits on 727 square metres and overlooks Loves Bay.
The home features Tasmanian Oak flooring, cathedral ceilings, entertainment/rumpus room with a kitchenette, and a 10-metre in-ground saltwater pool.
Cotality records show the property previously sold in May 2021 for $3.25 million.
Therefore, over the course of three-and-a-half years, the seller scored an annual gross profit of more than $200,000.
At the time, the selling agent Laurie Johnston said the home was sold to a Sydney buyer.
