A Berkeley property is for sale after several decades of ownership, and attracting plenty of early interest from the renovator market.
The property, located at 9 Kent Street, Berkeley has a price guide of $695,000 to $745,000.
Sitting on 563 square metres, the two-bedroom home features a study that could be converted back into a third bedroom.

"This classic home offers a solid foundation and is waiting for someone with a creative touch to restore its original character," the marketing states.
"While it may need a little TLC, the potential is limitless."
The selling agent, Lindsay Begley from Ray White Unanderra said he estimated the sellers had been living there for more than 50 years.
The home has been on the market for a week, and Mr Begley said there had been "really strong interest" so far.
"Some were owner-occupiers, some were investors, but [they're] definitely people with plans to renovate," he said.
"We've had active negotiations already, and it should be sold quickly.
"There have been a few people interested in building things like granny flats, but it's not a home most people said they were looking to immediately move into as is.
"That particular property has had some of the highest numbers of people to any home [at open inspections] we've had advertised over the past two months.
"The land has been attracting plenty of positive comments from buyers; gently sloping to the street, near level site, side access."
According to CoreLogic, currently the median sales price of houses in Berkeley is $780,000.
Mr Begley said renovator homes weren't "a major hurdle" in the current market, as "getting a property that needs renovation is probably the most affordable way to get into the market".
"But people are definitely not wanting to over-spend on properties like that, because they know it will cost them quite a bit to renovate at the moment," he said.
Meanwhile, a Berkeley home with a distinctly European flavour and nicknamed the 'Portuguese castle' remains on the market, after failing to sell under the hammer last week.
The three-bedroom character home is located at 18 Cardiff Street, Berkeley.
Selling agent, Louie Piculovski from Ray White South Wollongong said the "Portuguese castle" was passed in at auction following a vendor's bid of $760,000.
