A small acreage property in Helensburgh that currently features an "uninhabitable" home and stables has changed hands.
The property, located at 17 Sawan Street, Helensburgh sold for $1.1 million on Saturday.
The 1.19-hectare property features multiple cleared spaces surrounded by bushland.

The property is comprised of two lots with environmental zoning, DA approved horse stables and residence, and features a nine-metre height restriction.
The existing structures on the land are uninhabitable.
Co-selling agent, Abbey Tilden from Ray White Helensburgh said there were four registered bidders for the auction, three of which were active.
It eventually became a battle between two bidders, with more than 15 bids placed in total.
"It started off slowly, but once we got the ball rolling... It definitely picked up, and was at one point going back-and-forth," she said.
The buyer is from Darkes Forest, who was being represented by a buyer's agent.
Ms Tilden said she wasn't sure of the new owners' plans for the property.
However, Ms Tilden said the new owners wouldn't be able to clear the native vegetation on the property.
"You would basically have to rebuild the stables and manager's residence on the site, subject to council approval," she said.
"What's there is uninhabitable, so it's essentially a knockdown-rebuild, but you would have to keep the same footprint of the existing properties. And it would have to be a house and horse stables; you couldn't just build two large houses there."

Ms Tilden said if they new owners ever wished to amend the approved DA plans, they would have to submit that proposal to council for approval.
"It's a one-of-a-kind property," she said. "There was a lot of local interest for a really unique property.
"A lot of the inquiry was because it was such a large block of land, with people thinking they could develop it, but they couldn't.
"And there were a few interested buyers who wanted to flip it, revamp it."
According to CoreLogic, currently the median sales price of houses in Helensburgh is $1.255 million.
Meanwhile, a very different type of property in the same suburb has sold for a similar price-point.
The three-bedroom home at 106 Undola Road, Helensburgh recently sold for $1.05 million.
The single-level residence features a recently renovated kitchen.
Selling agent, Andrew Bloom from Sanders Property Agents said the home sold to first home buyers from the Sutherland Shire.
"It's a good family home," he said. "It's a little dated and in need of some work, but they can make it their own."
Records show the home sold after 16 days on the market.
Mr Bloom said most of the interested buyers were young families, with price-point a key selling point.
