A Wollongong apartment which is perhaps the ultimate St George Illawarra Dragons fan's home has changed hands.
The listing boasts views that would allow a footy fan to soak in some of the atmosphere of game day as the NRL and NRLW teams go around this season, and maybe even enjoy a partial view of the action from their own home.
However, the selling agent, Darren Kay from Belle Property Illawarra said the home was sold to an Illawarra buyer who wasn't a Dragons supporter, or a fan of the sport overall.

The listing also includes an interior plan with separate lounge and dining zones and a family-sized central kitchen, a large east-facing enclosed balcony, and open outlooks across WIN Stadium and the footy field to the ocean.
Located on the fifth floor, there's also floorboards throughout, ducted air-conditioning, as well as a built-in wardrobes, an ensuite-style main bath, and a second shower.
