"Set to inspire the keen renovator or ambitious family buyer, this charming home in a sought-after suburb brims with possibility," the property's marketing states.

Bidding kicked off at $800,000.
"Two of them went back-and-forth strongly to just above reserve," Mr O'Connor said. "It was quick bidding, back-and-forth.
"There were about 20 bids placed in total."
Mr O'Connor said the buyer had been renting in the same street, and "loved the location".
"They're going to renovate it, and either rent it out or move in themselves," he said.
Meanwhile, one registered bidder was enough to secure a sale of a Corrimal property at auction.
The home, sitting on 910 square metres at 22 Foothills Road, Corrimal was sold for $1.2 million.
"Set proudly above the street with an impressive 18.2-metre frontage, this classic Corrimal home makes a warm first impression," the property's marketing states.
"Accommodation is generous, with four well-proportioned bedrooms thoughtfully positioned for family living.
"Out the back, you'll find what so many buyers are searching for - a substantial timber deck ideal for weekend barbecues, flowing onto a level grassed yard framed by established greenery."
The selling agent, Sam Vescio from MMJ North said there was one registered bidder, who negotiated the sale under auction conditions.
He said the buyer was from interstate, who initially planned to retain the home and rent it out, with a view to potentially re-developing the site in the future.
Meanwhile, the home at 139 Northcliffe Drive, Lake Heights fetched $1.301 million at auction.
The four-bedroom home features multiple living areas across two levels, a fully renovated kitchen; an in-ground pool; and a second covered entertaining area complete with a built-in bar.
